It's me, Sarah, the girl behind the lens. First off, thank you SO MUCH for clicking over here and snoopin' around.

If you would've told me back when I was 11 years old creating Windows Movie Maker slide shows of pictures I took of existing pictures (I didn't know how to use a scanner), that someday I'd be taking wedding photos for people I've never met, I would've never believed you.

​

Photography is my side-gig, and when I'm not behind the lens, you can find me behind the counter at my local pharmacy. I work full-time as a pharmacy tech, and I LOVE it. I can also be found forever renovating my 180-year-old home with my love, Tyler, our little sweetie, Aria, and our 2 dogs. We have a golden retriever & an Aussie mix, and they are our most precious friends.

 

Me in a nutshell: major dog person, love being outside, really into home renos, and never met a glass of amaretto that I didn't like.

Taking photos is one of my greatest passions and favourite privileges; because I get to make time stand still. From capturing pictures of children and families bonding, to holding onto the way two people look at each while reading their vows – even though those things will never exist the way they did in that instant, I get to be in charge of preserving the most precious of moments, which tend to look a lot like ordinary life.

I prefer to shoot authentically candid when I can - especially for events. I adore using natural light for my photos. To me, natural light is an integral part of what makes photos truthful and raw - and that's my goal. 

​
